Potzinger Gelber Muskateller Tradition

The extra dry developed variety Yellow Muskateller is a cult variety from South Styria, a fine companion to light cuisine and at the same time a fantastic aperitif. The grapes for our Yellow Muskateller Tradition grow in the probably most famous area of South Styria, on the Ober Glanzberg, in the Kaltenegg vineyard, and on the Ratscher Kapun. A fine aperitif instead of sparkling wine, fresh fish and sushi, but also fried chicken. Also pairs perfectly with Asian cuisine and vegan dishes. Very clear, citrus-fresh grape variety expression, lots of nutmeg, pigment, ethereal herbs. Chalky and fresh, as it should be, firm with fine minerality. Also a certain smoothness.
