The more popular you are, the greater the multiplier, the richer you become, and thus the closer you come to victory. You can increase your popularity by choosing popularity during your encounters with the population. #### What's Included in the Scythe Encounters Expansion Scythe Encounters is a box containing 32 new encounter cards, numbered 43 through 74. It is best to play the Scythe board game several times with these new encounter cards alone before shuffling them among the original encounters. #### Note! The Scythe board game is required to play with this expansion! In addition to the Encounter expansion, there are 3 other expansions, namely The Wind Gambit, Invaders From Afar, and Rise of the Fenris.
