The vines planted in 1974 produce fine, delicate Rieslings with a mature acid structure and pleasant minerality. The topsoil of the Hubacker consists of skeleton-rich loess-loam soil with thick limestone rocks in the subsoil. Flavor: intense aroma of peach and apricot, harmony between fruit acid and fructose, rich and mineral finish. Pairs particularly well with light dishes, steamed sea and freshwater fish, boiled meat with light sauces, and small poultry.
